The fully automatic mineral water bottle blowing machine is used for the production of PET water bottles, hot-fill bottles, carbonated beverage bottles, edible oil bottles, and pesticide bottles.

The fully automatic mineral water bottle blowing machine uses a servo motor to control the stretching rod to stretch the bottle blank. The advantage is that it can be stretched in sections, first positioning the bottle blank to ensure the verticality of the bottle blank during stretching, and then performing secondary stretching. Ensure the uniformity and consistency of the stretching of each bottle embryo. At the same time, the stretching speed of the blowing machine is fast and the position is accurate.

1. Adopting advanced microcomputer control system with stable performance;

2. Using infrared lamps for heating, with strong penetration, the bottle preform rotates and heats up, and the track rotates, heating evenly, fast and reliable;

3. The width and height of the lamp tube and reflector plate in the heating zone can be adjusted to suit the heating of different structures of bottle preforms, and there is an automatic temperature exhaust device to ensure constant temperature in the drying channel;

4. Each mechanical action is equipped with a safety self-locking device. When a process malfunctions, the program will automatically switch to a safe state;

5. Each action is driven by a servo system: stretching servo, displacement servo, mold closing servo, upper embryo servo, without using traditional cylinders, with advantages such as energy saving, stability, and precise control of various parts of the action;

6. Adopting high-pressure and hyperbolic arm connecting rod locking, with strong locking force;

7. The machine adopts a four template structure with double opening and double closing, saving mold locking time and greatly increasing machine output. This structure is independently developed by our company and has a domestic design patent;

8. The gears and racks are all ground with oblique teeth, subjected to six rounds of vacuum quenching and six rounds of high-precision grinding, achieving a hardness of 62 °. The high hardness drives the machine to stretch and drive with high precision
