Our extrusion blow moulding machines are available with different level of mould clamping power. The single station extrusion blow moulding machine are available with 6, 12, 16, 30 tons of mould clamping power. The double station extrusion blow moulding machine are available with 6, 12, 16, 22, 30 tons of mould clamping power.

Blow molding is the main method for making hollow products, and it is also the most commonly used method in addition to extrusion, injection molding, and molding in the processing of plastic products.
The thermoplastic resin is firstly used for extrusion or injection molding to obtain a semi-molten tubular parison, and then heated to a softened state, and the parison is placed in various shapes of molds.
After the mold is closed, compressed air is injected into the parison, and the parison closed in the mold cavity in a rubber-like state is inflated by means of gas pressure, so that it is close to the inner wall of the cavity to form a hollow product.
Continuous extrusion blow molding refers to the continuous extrusion of the tube blank by the Blow molding machine. When the tube blank reaches the set length, the mold is closed, the tube blank is cut, and the mold is moved to the next station for inflation, cooling, and stripping. mold.

Stripper

The bottle automatically will be ejected from the mandrils at this position and then to be packed.The three actions of injection/blowing/ejection working at the same time,which makes the machine of high efficiency and low waste with bottles.
