It is an extremely fast 4-axis machine with a reach of 3.15 meters and a payload of 180 kg, making it ideal for palletizing bags, boxes, crates, bottles, etc. Much faster than its predecessor. Its optimized motor power and kinematic performance ensure significantly shorter cycle times than competing products. The new palletizer is the high-speed version, capable of handling a payload of 180 kg at full speed. With the ability to serve up to 4 infeed conveyors, 2 pallet stacks, 1 sliding stack and 4 palletizer output lines simultaneously, its versatility enables its handling capabilities to meet the needs of any palletizer application. Simple to operate, ABB's versatile IRC 5 controller and comprehensive line software package have all the key features for fast, easy programming and intuitive operation on the shop floor. The robot's rugged design and IP 67 sealing enable it to deliver consistent performance even in the harshest environments and ensure exceptionally long service intervals.

The gantry palletizer automatically palletizes cases, bags, drums and barrels from one or more packaging lines. It is designed to place product containers on pallets or skids prior to storage. The product orientation is consistent on the pallet. A variety of infeed and outfeed layouts are available. Our modular design features state-of-the-art controls and offers two to four axes of motion to accurately and efficiently position all product containers. Modular components can be easily upgraded when additional speeds, modes or options are required in the future. The system easily integrates with upstream and downstream equipment for fully automated operation. The open architecture allows for easy maintenance. It also provides easy operator access from floor level.
