Nature Water Drinking Water Blowing Filling Capping Combiblock

The All in One machine for blowing and filling natural drinking water is an automated device used to bottle natural drinking water from raw materials (such as PET granules) and then fill the water directly into the bottle to complete the filling process. The equipment has the advantages of high efficiency, reliability, low cost and so on, widely used in fresh supermarkets, water plants, beverage factories and other fields. Such equipment can greatly improve production efficiency and reduce production costs, while ensuring water quality and sanitation.

Inorganic ceramic membrane filter is made of alumina ,titanium oxide, zirconia..... The filtration accuracy is between 0.02um and 1.2um . Ceramic membrane filtration is the fluid separation process in the form of "cross flow filtration ". The raw liquid flows at a high speed in the membrane tube by pressure .The penetrant(small molecular components) permeate the membrane . The retentate (big molecular components) will be intercepted by the membrane . So that the raw liquid can achieved the purpose of separation ,concentration and purification .

It is innovated and designed in the requirement of still pure water and mineral water, which avoids friction of bottles during air conveying and helps reducing bottle weight to reduce cost.

The pretreatment technology of quartz sand and activated carbon filtration is used to filter out the pure water through the RO reverse osmosis membrane group, and then the disinfection technology is used.

There are 13 models to choose from on demand, with productivity rates ranging from 500 L/h to 50,000 L/h, a service life of up to 20 years, and a permanent warranty except for the core components.

- The block features a space-saving design and compact blow station layout. - The production of high-stability, low-weight PET bottles is combined with the filling and capping steps to create a smoothly functioning line.
- With the Speed-Loc quick-change system, changeover can be performed very quickly with minimal effort.
- The stretch blow molder/filler monoblock is designed for large production lines and has a maximum output of 54,000 PET bottles per hour.
