Filling machine use, maintenance and installation

1. Because this filling machine is an automatic machine, the sizes of the easy-to-pull bottles, bottle pads, and bottle caps are all required to be uniform.

2. Before driving, you must turn the machine with the rocker handle to see if there is any abnormality in its rotation, and you can drive after confirming that it is normal.

3. When adjusting the machine, the tools should be used properly. It is strictly forbidden to use too large tools or use too much force to disassemble parts so as not to damage the parts or affect the performance of the machine.

4. Whenever the machine is adjusted, be sure to tighten the loose screws, and turn the machine with the handle to check whether its action meets the requirements before driving.

5. The machine must be kept clean. It is strictly forbidden to have oil, liquid medicine or glass debris on the machine, so as not to cause damage to the machine. Therefore, it is necessary to:

(1) During the production process of the machine, remove the liquid medicine or glass debris in time.

⑵Clean all parts of the surface of the machine once before shifting over, and add clean lubricating oil to each activity department.

(3) Scrub it once a week, especially clean the places that are not easy to clean in normal use or blow it with compressed air.
