1.4 Tightening
- Perform a comprehensive screw tightening check once a month to ensure that all connection parts are firm and reliable.
2. Regular maintenance
2.1 Weekly maintenance
- Check and lubricate the swing arm to ensure its flexible movement.
- Check and clean the lamp tube, and replace the damaged or broken lamp tube in time.
2.2 Monthly maintenance
- Clean and polish the mold to ensure that the mold surface is smooth and intact.
- Check and clean each pneumatic component to ensure that there is no air leakage.
- Check and clean the triplex to ensure that there is no air leakage or blockage.
2.3 Semi-annual maintenance
- Perform a comprehensive inspection and maintenance of the entire blow molding machine, including cleaning, lubrication, tightening and replacement of wearing parts.
- Check and calibrate each sensor and control device to ensure that it works properly.
3. Troubleshooting
- In case of emergency, press the emergency stop button for emergency braking. Then analyze the cause of the formation according to the on-site situation, find the problem and deal with it quickly.
- Check and maintain the exhaust valve regularly to ensure that it works properly.
4. Safety precautions
- Before performing any maintenance operations, the machine power must be turned off to ensure safety.
